Pausing Subscription

To pause your subscription, please visit your billing portal directly at app.curiouscardinals.com/billing. Under the Subscription section, click the "Pause" button to provide details and submit a pause request.

To ensure smooth processing, we kindly ask that you submit this request at least two days before your subscription renewal date. Once your pause request is processed, you'll receive a confirmation email from our team.

Any unused credits will remain available in your account and can be used once you resume sessions. You can always check your credit balance at app.curiouscardinals.com/billing.
