1. During Checkout:
We display a clear timeline: "In 14 days, your subscription starts. You'll be billed at this time. You can cancel anytime before." Additionally, families must confirm their agreement to our billing policies by checking a required box.
2. Three Days Before Billing:
We send a reminder email titled "Reminder: Your subscription starts in 3 days" with the exact start date and a direct link to manage your subscription preferences. This is designed to give families ample opportunity to pause or cancel.
Because our mentors commit their time to scheduled sessions, we’re unable to offer refunds once the subscription billing period begins. Your unused session credits will remain available in your account. You can easily access and manage these credits through your billing portal.
