How it works:
Whenever there’s a new teaching opportunity, we will carefully source a list of best-fit mentors, taking into account client preference, scheduling, and any other relevant factors.
If you are selected for a match, you will be immediately notified through text and email about this new opportunity, prompting you to read more about it on the platform app.curiouscardinals.com.
You have 24 hours to respond (you’ll see a timer on your dashboard)! At the end of the 24 hours, we will move on to another mentor and you will not be able to access the opportunity.
We’d appreciate it if all mentors respond ASAP, either by accepting or declining the opportunity, as this helps us support our students even faster!
We also ask that you take advantage of the response field and always provide a reason when accepting or declining an opportunity. This helps us better recommend opportunities to you in the future!
What happens after?
If you accept the opportunity, we will confirm with the parent and student and finalize the engagement. You should expect to see the new engagement created on the platform and show up on your dashboard shortly after.
If you decline the opportunity, you will not be able to change your decision, and this opportunity will go to the next mentor.
