What these issues may look like:
The command "Jump To" is not working as expected (such as moving to an unexpected tooth or position)
Spot-charting is marking incorrect positions or teeth
Skip/back/next are not working as expected
Troubleshooting steps
1. Review Exam Settings
1. From the home screen of Curve, select a patient and then navigate to Perio Charting
2. Click New exam OR click Continue exam to continue an existing exam
3. Click on Exam settings at the bottom left-hand corner of the the perio chart:
4. Make sure the preferred ordering for Perio Charting is set to the first (top left) option only.
5. Also, make sure Complete all PD first is checked
Warning:
Using a preferred order other than the first option, will result in issues while using Bola
