You may already be practicing or planning to try intermittent fasting (IF).
The basic idea behind IF is to compress your eating window - you eat only within say a 6 or 8 hr window during the day. So your IF plan will determine when you eat, but what you eat should still be high quality and balanced meals. So, can you do IF while you are on the D9 programme?
Yes.
Just plan your meals so that you achieve your D9 portions within your eating window.
Aim to get your Protein and Veggie portions as per your D9.
Limit Carbohydrates, as per your D9.
Similarly, the other D9 rules will continue to apply.
You may in fact find that you have lesser opportunity to break the other rules so it should be much easier to score those points 😃.
