If you have not been sent a shipping confirmation email, your print is likely still in production. International Shipping & Customs Info
International orders shipped via Standard delivery typically arrive in 3-4 weeks, though customs checks can occasionally cause additional delays.
Duties Paid vs. Duties Unpaid
Duties Paid (DDP): Pre-paying duties at checkout ensures the fastest, most seamless delivery with no surprise fees upon arrival.
Duties Unpaid (DDU): If you choose not to pre-pay duties, you are responsible for monitoring your shipment and paying local customs fees directly.
Important: Selecting Duties Unpaid will delay your delivery. Watch your inbox closely for messages from your local customs office. If unpaid customs fees are not handled promptly, your package may be returned to us, and you will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
