You might delete a work order in Gearbelt if it was created by mistake, is no longer needed, or was replaced by a different work order. This helps keep your records clean, avoids confusion, and ensures your team is only working on relevant and up-to-date tasks.
To delete a work order, follow these steps:
1. Access the 'Work Orders' section under 'Management' in the left-hand side navigation menu. Select the relevant work order you'd like to delete
2. Once you've selected your work order, a pane will open on the right hand-side of the screen. Select the 'Void' button in the bottom left corner of the pane
This will void your work order, and therefore delete it from your Work Orders register
