To make collaboration easier on your forms, being inspection forms, work orders, fault repairs or service form, you can share the Gearbelt Mechanic web app directly with registered contacts or via SMS.
This is easily done by following these steps:
1. Access the 'Schedules' section under 'Management' in the left-hand side navigation menu. Click 'Share Link' in the top right corner of the register
2. You'll then be able to select a recipient from the Sitemate users registered on workspace or manually enter a mobile number
4. Once you've selected the relevant useror entered the relevant mobile number, select 'Send'
5. The recipient will get an SMS letting them know that you've shared a link with them. The link will allow the recipient to access any work orders and service forms assigned to them
