How to submit schedule forms via the Gearbelt Mechanic Web app

In Gearbelt, schedule forms are used to document and manage planned maintenance activities for assets. These forms ensure that servicing tasks are completed on time and according to specific requirements.

To submit a schedule form, follow these steps:

1. Click the link to the Gearbelt Mechanic Web app

2. Select the 'Service Form' option

3. You'll then need to select the asset for which you're filling out a schedule form

4. The associated schedule form template will appear for you to conduct all the relevant checks. Once done, select 'Submit' at the bottom of the form

5. Your schedule form will then appear in the Schedule Activity section for you and other collaborators to view and download
