Keeping these forms up to date helps ensure your maintenance stays consistent, accurate, and aligned with what’s actually happening on site.
To update a schedule form template, follow these steps:
1. Access the 'Schedules' section under 'Management' in the left-hand side menu
2. From there, navigate to the 'Schedule Forms' section at the top
3. Select the schedule form template you'd like to edit. Click the 'Edit Form' button
4. You'll then be directed to the Form Builder, where you can make changes to your form template. Once done, click 'Save' to finalise your changes
