With multiple parties involved and a multi-stage approval process, the coordination and communication required to efficiently move ITP's and checklists through the chain of stakeholders has become complicated and inefficient with word docs, excel docs and PDF's.

Best practices
If you want to add structure to your ITP and VC processes, you can setup the template as a workflow and configure some notifications
Setup your checklist items using a table field (make sure you select the prefilled table option)
In the table, add columns for Photos and Attachments to add evidence specific to each line item
Add a text field for Lot number, then in the template builder, choose to display this lot number field on the form thumbnail
