The template library allows you to standardise the way everyone in your organisation captures information in the field, across all your projects.

For example, if your goal is to ensure that all teams across all projects are using the same diary, checklist, permit or induction templates (and others), then using the Template Library is the most effective way to manage these templates.

Once you've setup your templates within your organisation's Template Library on Dashpivot, you can deploy those templates to as many project teams as required. And if/when you make any changes to a template in your Template Library, those changes will deploy across all projects instantly, to ensure your workforce are all working off the same version.

Note: only organisation controllers can access your company's Home Folder, which is where your Template Library is located. So only organisation controllers can create, edit and delete templates in your company Template Library.

In this video, we look at how the template library works, and how to deploy templates to project teams.
