Web New Features:
Fit photos to page on PDF exports
We have made an improvement to photos in PDF exports. Photos that are appended at the end of PDF exports will now fit to the page and take up the available space.
This reduces the amount of white space, maximises the size of the photo and overall makes the PDF export more professional.
New Users module
The Users section now has a new location in Dashpivot. There are a couple of reasons for the move:
Improved usability - it is now easier to find in the top nav, plus we have more space to now display the email address of each user.
It is a pre-requisite to prepare for the upcoming Sitemate Forms feature. It also sets the foundations for planned user management capabilities, such as bulk adding and removal of users.
Enable hyperlinks in prefilled text
Now when editing Templates and using the Prefilled Text field, you can add hyperlinks which appear when working inside forms on both the Dashpivot web and mobile apps.
It's great for providing additional information or referencing relevant online documents for users to easily access when viewing a form.
Mobile New Features:
Rich text in multi-line fields
We have added support on the mobile app for rich text in multi-line fields created on the Dashpivot web app and then viewed on the mobile app.
For example, if you create a form on the computer such as a Toolbox Talk, and add rich settings to the multi-line text field (colour, bolding), the mobile app will now also display this formatting.
Please note - editing the rich text on mobile will clear any formatting that has been applied.
Display template name on forms
You will now see the name of the Template displayed at the top of each form when viewed on the mobile app.
This makes it consistent with what you see when you view a form on the Dashpivot web application.
