The Dashpivot app and templates should automatically update to the latest version, if it's not you may need to adjust your device settings (not the app itself).
Please check:
That you are connected to wifi for an extended period to allow the app to update
OR ensure that the phone settings allows use of phone data to updateThat the phone mobile settings for "auto update" are turned on
In Apple devices:
Settings > (scroll down to) Dashpivot app > turn on mobile data
Settings > Mobile Data > (scroll down to) Dashpivot app > turn on mobile data
In Android Devices:
From a Home screen, navigate: Apps. Settings. Wi-Fi.
Tap the. Menu icon.
Tap. Advanced. .
Tap. Smart network switch. to enable or disable. Enabled when a check mark is present.
Important:
Changes to templates will only apply to newly started forms
To update a current form with changes select clone form
(top left on Desktop, bottom right in app)
QUICK FIX- Force Refresh
To quickly resolve the issue you can also select "Download Changes" which is found in the top right hand corner menu (under your initials)
This force refreshes the app negating the need to log in and out.
