You can customise the header and footer of each of your templates via the Template editor. These settings are template-specific, meaning each template's header and footer can be customised individually.

This will affect the information shown in the form header and footer on the website and also in PDF downloads. All of the fields in the header and footer are toggled 'ON' by default.

Note: Changes applied to the header and footer of your templates will affect all forms regardless of the template version they were created with. So if you make a change to the header and footer contents, this will affect any historical records already created.

How to customise the header and footer

  1. Select your template and click 'Edit Template'

  2. Toggle to 'Header/Footer Editor'

  3. From here, you can start customising:

    1. Drag and drop fields from the left sidebar to add them to the header/footer

    2. Click the red 'x' to remove

    3. Drag and drop to rearrange each element

    4. Use the toggles to hide/show the template name, form creator and creation time

  4. Save your template for the change to take effect
