Your Sitemate profile (as seen in the Sitemate mobile app) is a global profile which connects you with all the tools in our product suite (Dashpivot, Flowsite and more). Rather than having multiple profiles and logins, you have a single profile that controls your access.

🌍 How do changes in the Sitemate app impact Dashpivot and Flowsite?

Making any changes to your Sitemate user profile are reflected in all products in the Sitemate suite, including Dashpivot and Flowsite.

For example, if you change your name, company, profile photo or signature in the Sitemate app, this change will also be reflected in Dashpivot.

⚠️Important note: deleting your Sitemate profile will remove your access to all Sitemate tools. For example, if you're using both the Sitemate app and Dashpivot, deleting your Sitemate profile will also remove your Dashpivot access.

🚮 What to do if I accidentally delete my Sitemate profile?

If you are considering deleting your Sitemate profile, it's important to understand that this action will also remove your access to all Dashpivot and Flowsite workspaces you may have access to.

To regain access, you'll need to be re-added into Dashpivot by the Dashpivot admin at your company, which also creates a new Sitemate profile for you. Please contact our support team via live chat if you have any concerns and/or questions regarding the app or its connectivity to other tools and services.

📸 How do I remove my Sitemate profile picture from Dashpivot forms?

To remove your profile picture from your Dashpivot forms, your company Dashpivot admin can edit the template, go to the 'Header/Footer Editor' tab and and remove the 'Form creator and creation time' field from appearing.

Alternatively, rather than removing the photo from the forms, you can change it in the Sitemate app, which will update in Dashpivot and Flowsite respectively.
