Introduction

The Sitemate Open API allows built world companies to connect their own applications to Sitemate's product suite (Dashpivot and Gearbelt) through a world class API. The Sitemate Open API is designed for customer usage from the ground up and will bring best practices in API performance to customers, including:

  • An online developer portal hosting a range of features, such as:

    • Documentation which is consistently updated to reflect new endpoints

    • Developer friendly real-world code examples and how-to guides, and

    • Clear updates about the status of the API and upcoming changes

  • Simple data structures and a simple API

  • An advanced feature set (such as versioning, pagination, easy to understand error messaging, and more)

Availability

The Sitemate Open API is currently in development, and will eventually replace the legacy Dashpivot API. Once released, it will be available on Flowsite Pro, Flowsite Premium, and Flowsite Platinum plans.
