If you've noticed that your Dashpivot email notifications, specifically workflow notifications, have been ending up in your email Spam folder lately, the below steps can help correct this:

  • Clicking on "not junk" on the email

This will send info to Microsoft Analytics to flag email notifications coming from our address as safe.

  • Asking your IT admin to add the address as a "safe sender"

This is a guaranteed way to bypass the spam settings. The email address to whitelist is notification@dashpivot.com

Don't hesitate to reach out through our live chat if you still encounter this issue even after following these steps.
