Deploying a template means you'll be able to allocate & use that template across multiple folders within your workspace.
This allows you to have full control on which project/team folders can access that template & any updates/edits made to the template will automatically reflect in the folder(s) it's deployed to (meaning you won't need to re-deploy).
Steps:
Go to the Home Folder, then click Template Library
Select the checkboxes of the template(s) you wish to deploy
Click 'Deploy'
Note: If only one template is selected, click 'Manage Deployment'
Click on the folder(s) you'd like to allocate the template(s) to
Click 'Deploy Templates'
