If you have a number of forms in your Sitemate App that you'd like to remove, you can do this in bulk by clicking the Forms tab at the bottom & selecting the '...' icon in the top right.

Next, click Remove All Forms which will remove all forms in the Forms tab.

To regain access to those forms, you'll need to re-scan the QR code on a Sitemate forms poster, or re-enter the associated link.
