Steps:

  1. In the Connections tab, ensure Dashpivot is connected

  2. Select the Flows tab at the top & click Create Flow under Microsoft Excel

  3. Select 'Enable Microsoft Excel to access forms data in Dashpivot'

  4. Configure the flow by providing a name, trigger time and template URL ID

  5. Once done, press the "Save" button to automatically trigger the first run before inputting the access URL/username/password into the Excel web connector (found in the "Data" tab)

  6. Next open Microsoft Excel to finalise the link of the flow
