How to connect systems in Flowsite

Flowsite will need to establish connections between your various systems (e.g Dashpivot, Xero, Quickbooks), in order for data from Dashpivot to seamlessly integrate between them.

Note: Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Excel don't require direct connections to be made from within Flowsite. See the steps here on how to set up a Power BI and Excel flow.

Steps:

  1. Login to Flowsite

  2. Select the Connections tab at the top

  3. Scroll down the page to view the available system integrations

  4. Click Connect under the relevant platform to begin the connection

  5. You will be led to the log in page of that system, where you'll need to enter the relevant credentials

  6. Once complete, this connection will be visible in the Connections table

    • This table details all the current connections made with Flowsite including the System Name, Status of Connection & Actions

    • In the Actions column, you can click to Remove the Connection, if required
