This feature can be used if there are specific fields that you'd like to keep excluded from your form PDF exports. It could be internal comments that you don't need your client to see, or a cost breakdown that you would like to keep internal. This article will cover how you can enable this functionality in your templates.

In the template editor, you can locate the option to hide fields in PDF downloads within the settings of each individual field. These will appear when hovering on a field, on the top left corner of the field.

When this option is enabled, the field remains visible in both the template editor and form view, however, it becomes hidden during the PDF download process.

Additionally, in the form view, the setting is also clearly indicated through the message 'Hidden in Form PDF downloads,' appearing below the respective field name, providing a visual cue for the status of the field in the PDF download.
