This release is mainly focused on the Calendar solution.
A completely redesigned Calendar interface has been introduced in this release, featuring a modernized user interface for improved navigation and visibility, with enhanced calendar views (Month, Week, Day).
We have also improved performances and added some news features for the EDC.
Platform
Alert System - A new alert messaging system has been implemented, enabling Datacapt to broadcast important information or warning messages to all users in real-time.
Email Notifications - System-generated emails have been redesigned with enhanced visual design and improved readability, ensuring consistent branding while maintaining clear communication with users and participants.
Center Selection & Management - Center selection dropdowns have been enhanced to display both abbreviation and full center name, improving center identification and selection across the platform.

User Management
Study User Invitation - Enhanced invitation workflow now allows adding users to studies before account creation or confirmation, streamlining the user management process and reducing administrative overhead.

Patient Database Management
Audit Trails per attribute - We introduce detailed attribute-level audit trails for all questions in the patient database, allowing users to view complete modification history through an accessible modal interface by clicking "audit trails" next to each question.
Profile Visit List - We have added comprehensive visit listing in patient profiles, providing detailed information. You have access the date and time, the center, the duration, the attendees and many more information. You can also search and filters for specific events.
Recruitment Studies
Visit Scheduler - The visit scheduler tool has been refactored to align with the new calendar interface.
Visit Schedule Deletion - We have added a bulk deletion feature that allows users to remove an entire visit schedule and its associated events in a single click.
Visit Rescheduling - Users can now reschedule individual visits or multiple visits at once within a visit schedule.
Recruitment Pool Deletion - Users can archive a recruitment pool after confirmation, which automatically archives its selection history and associated participants (prospects/contacted) in the recruitment study.
Calendar
The calendar interface has been completely redesigned, introducing comprehensive new features including all-day event scheduling, multiple display options (month, week, and day views), event rescheduling capabilities, and an integrated visit management for enhanced scheduling.
A new data model has been implemented in the calendar, featuring Events and Visits. Each event can now include: Event title, Date/Time, Attendees, Center, Study and participants.
Calendar Layout - We have completely redesigned the calendar layout introducing new interfaces for day, week, months, agenda views.
Search and Filters - Calendar search and filters have been redesigned to display relevant content based on user permissions and access rights.
Participant Notification - We have added new email notification template and message for invitation, reminder, cancellation and rescheduling.
Booking list - The booking list interface has been redesigned to improve daily visit management and provide a clearer overview of scheduled appointments.

SSO SAML Configuration - We have improved SAML configuration for better compatibility and performance.
Last login date -We have fixed an issue where the last login date was not being updated for users with SSO logins.
ePRO QR-Code Page - We have update the main image displayed for the ePRO QR-Code.
Visit Schedule Rescheduling - We have fixed an issue where it was not possible to delete a visit schedule when an event (appointment) had been rescheduled.
Calendar Week View - We improved the display of weekdays in the week view for iPad.

Placeholder Removal Restriction (eCRF) - We have fixed an issue where placeholders could not be removed from an Repetitive Measure Text input question.
Survey Page Counter Update (ePRO) - We have improved the subject survey by adding the word "page" to the top counter to clarify navigation for Subjects.
Duplicate Email Error (Global) - We have improved the error message to clearly indicate when a subject's email is already taken during editing.
Email Invitation Content Fix (eConsult) - We have fixed a bug where the eConsult email invitation content for a Subject did not match the editable example seen by the User.
Schedule Visit Information Retention (CTMS - Recruitment) - We have fixed an issue where filled information was not retained between Visits when creating a new schedule.
Version 4.16.3 - Tuesday, January 20th
Upload File Generic Error (Global) - We added a more descriptive error message when attempting to upload an unsupported file format, improving clarity for the user.
Labels Rating/Slider (Builder) - We now allow longer labels for the minimum and maximum fields in Rating and Slider questions.
Participant email address (eConsent) - We have fixed an issue where the eConsent "Resend link" option would send the activation link to the old email address after editing a participant's email. This ensures that the link is now sent to the updated email address, allowing account activation in case of corrections.
Reports table (EDC) - We have fixed an issue where the action columns in the table were incorrect, which could lead to errors.
Email in Automations (EDC) - We have fixed an issue where the error "Email is incorrect" appeared when the User partially entered an email and selected it from the dropdown.

Monitoring - SDV (EDC - eCRF) - We have resolved an issue where some users had unintended access to SDV data from another center.

Access all, role update (EDC) - We have fixed an issue where the study role could not be changed if a user had the "Study List: Access All" permission.
Admin role in study (EDC) - We have fixed an issue where users with the "admin" role in user management settings had no assigned role within a study. The issue has now been resolved, and "admin" users will have the appropriate study role assigned.
User list in study with admin role (EDC) - We have fixed an issue where users with the "Access All" permission were not being added to the Study Users List. This issue has now been resolved, and such users will correctly appear in all studies.
Version 4.16.6 - Thursday, February 6th
Export with illegal characters (EDC) - We have fixed an issue where exports failed when questions title contained illegal characters.
Missing Data Reports (eCRF) - We fixed a bug where questions with multiples conditional logic were incorrectly displayed in the Missing Data section.
Export - Items dictionary (eCRF) - We added a new column in the Items Dictionary to better handle and display "Display data" questions.
Export Missing Answers (eCRF) - We fixed an issue where Subject IDs in the "Missing Answers Comments" column were displayed as integers, making it difficult for Users to identify Subjects. The IDs are now displayed correctly using Subject ID.
Hide in eCRF (eCRF) - We improved the performance of the "Hide in eCRF" option to ensure smoother functionality in large datasets.
API (GET eCRF data) - The Export API now includes a flag to indicate when a question is hidden in the eCRF (not displayed).
Automations with occurrences (ePRO) - We have resolved an issue where ePRO automations could send the same ePRO multiple times, even when no occurrences were defined.
Email Communication (CTMS) - We resolved an issue where assigning a Subject to a recruitment study resulted in an English email being sent to a French Subject. The email now matches the Subject's language.
