Manage eConsents records

eConsent dashboard

The Global Dashboard provides a centralized, anonymized view of all eCONSENT records in your study. It allows users to efficiently manage records and quickly locate key information.

Navigate to eCONSENT “Dashboard” under your study to access the details.

Dashboard records information:

The Global Dashboard displays the following details for each eCONSENT record:

  • Subject ID : The subject’s unique code for this study. This anonymized ID is consistent across all modules of the application.

  • Send Date: The eCONSENT creation date

  • Consented On: The subject signature date

  • Center: The center associated with the subject.

  • eCONSENT Form: The source eCONSENT form used.

  • Language:The subject’s configured language.

  • Status: The current status of the eCONSENT record.



​eConsent statuses

There are different statuses we provide you so you can monitor the eConsents records.

Needs signature:

  • eCONSENT record is generated and awaiting the subject's signature.

Needs counter signature:

  • eCONSENT is signed by the subject and awaiting the investigator's review and signature.

Signed:

  • eCONSENT is reviewed and signed by both parties.

Rejected:

  • eCONSENT is rejected online by the subject through their personal account.

Archived:

  • eCONSENT is archived by clinical staff with the required permission.


eConsent signatures

The Signatures Dashboard provides a centralized view of all signed and counter-signed eCONSENT records. This view is accessible only to users with permission to view subject personal information.

Navigate to eCONSENT “Signatures” under your study to access the details.

Prerequisite: at least one eCONSENT record is signed by a subject.

How to access documents to countersign

  1. Navigate to your EDC clinical study

  2. Go to eCONSENT “Signatures”

  3. Select the tab “To Sign”

  4. Search for the subject’s eCONSENT record

  5. Review the document

  6. If everything is correct, select “Sign PDF”

How to access signed documents

  1. Navigate to your EDC clinical study

  2. Go to eCONSENT “Signatures”

  3. Select the tab “Signed”


eConsent Export

The eConsent dashboard allows you to monitor the different eConsent but also to export the eConsents you need.

How to export multiple eConsent

  1. Navigate to your EDC clinical study

  2. Go to eConsent "Dashboard"

  3. Select multiple consents

  4. Click on "Export" and select the format you need

How to export a single eConsent

  1. Navigate to your EDC clinical study

  2. Go to eConsent "Dashboard"

  3. Click on the three dots "..." on the eConsent row you need

  4. Click on "Export" and select the format you need
