This version is primarily adding interface elements and some improvements. We are preparing version 4.14, which will include more features.
New Features
General
Reply-to Email - This enhancement allows you to specify a reply-to email address for outgoing emails. When participants respond, their replies will be directed to the designated address, ensuring efficient communication management and improving the participant experience. Configure this feature in the general settings in "Customization" to streamline responses and enhance administrative efficiency.
PDF Export, Value next to label - This update adds the integer value next to the label in the PDF export for annotated blank PDFs. This enhancement provides clearer and more precise documentation, facilitating better data interpretation and review. Simply export your annotated blank PDFs to see the new value display.
User Management new interface - This redesigned interface is not only more visually appealing but also significantly more readable. Key enhancements include:
Single Sign-On (SSO): Simplify the login process with integrated SSO support, Status
Badges: Easily identify user statuses with new badges for Locked and Unconfirmed accounts
Condensed Information: Information has been streamlined to reduce the number of columns, making the interface cleaner and easier to navigate.
Bulk actions new design - We've reworked the bulk actions interface with a modern design that clearly displays all available actions. This update enhances usability, making it easier and more efficient to perform bulk operations.
eCRF
eCRF design improvement - By reducing margins, we've minimized scrolling and condensed questions to improve usability and readability. These changes are designed to speed up data collection.
Recruitment
Wash-out periods (non-working) - We have added fields to manage Wash-out Periods. While these fields are non-functional at the moment (will be in Release 4.14), they will enable you to manage wash-out periods when selecting participants from the database. This feature will help you verify if a wash-out period applies, ensuring accurate participant selection and compliance with study protocols.
Recruitment Study details - We have enhanced the recruitment study settings by adding new fields: Expected Participant Duration, Scheduled Start Date, and Study Zones. These additions will help you better manage recruitment studies. They are particularly useful for calculating wash-out periods and will support other upcoming features, ensuring a more comprehensive and efficient recruitment process.
Improvements
General
Flags and country code (phone number) - We have improved the Flags and Country Code feature for phone number fields. This enhancement includes better flag display, phone number prefix, and validation.
Opt-ins color customization - We fixed an issue that added color as the background for checkboxes. This correction ensures a cleaner and more consistent visual presentation when user is registering.
Extend Option limit - We have extended the limit for options in radio buttons, checkboxes, and dropdown lists. You can now include up to 500 options per question. This enhancement provides greater flexibility and accommodates more complex data collection needs, ensuring your forms can capture all necessary information.
