Two places tell you how far your study has got: the dashboard for the study as a whole, and the Inclusions list subject by subject.

Read the study dashboard
Go to eCRF > Dashboard. Study progress, top left, shows overall completion as a percentage, with the number of subjects Screened and Enrolled. The per-visit cards, top right, show one card per visit with its completion percentage and its completed records as a ratio, for example 0 / 1. This is where you see which visit is holding the study up. The Screened Chart, below, plots screening over time.

š” Tip: the per-visit cards and the Visit (Event) view answer the same question from two directions. The cards tell you which visit is behind across the study. The Visit view tells you which subjects are behind on that visit.
Find a subject in the Inclusions list
Go to eCRF > Inclusions list. The List tab is a table with one row per subject. Use Search subject to find one subject, or Filters to narrow the list. Click a row to open that subject's eCRF.

š” Tip: the gear icon at the end of the header row adds one more column, showing a single data point from the eCRF. Useful for keeping a key variable in view without opening each subject.
See completion visit by visit
The Visit (Event) tab shows one row per subject and one column per visit, one column for every section created in the Builder. Click a row to open the eCRF, or click a specific cell to jump straight to that visit for that subject.
How to read a cell
Each visit is shown as a row of small badges, one per thing you might want to know. A grey dash means "not yet".
Badge | Means |
Blue dash | The visit is in progress |
Green tick | The visit is completed |
Orange exclamation mark | Queries are open, or not closed |
Yellow badge with a number | That many queries are not resolved |
Blue tick | The visit has been reviewed |
Black pen | The visit has been signed |
Blue closed padlock | The visit is locked |
Grey open padlock | The visit is not locked |
š” Tip: the review badge only appears if eCRF Review is switched on for the study, under Settings > Options. On a study without it, each visit shows one badge fewer, which is why two studies can look different here.
