Customize company Logo and Colors


Datacapt allows you to customize your company environment to display your logo and colors instead of the standard Datacapt branding. This customization enhances your platform's appearance and reinforces your organization's identity.

Where Does This Customization Apply?

  1. PDF Exports: All PDFs generated from the platform.

  2. ePRO and External Questionnaires: Forms and questionnaires completed by subjects.

  3. Emails: All emails sent from the platform.

  4. Subject Personal Account Login Page: The page where subjects log into their accounts.

Note:
This default configuration applies to all clinical EDC studies. However, each EDC clinical study can have its own unique logo and color settings. Learn more in the EDC Study Settings section.

Steps to Customize Your Company Logo and Colors

  1. Navigate to Platform Settings.

  2. Open the "Customization" page.

  3. Click Edit.

  4. Upload your Company Logo.

  5. Define the Main Color and Button Color for the platform.

  6. Click Save.

Customize company Reply to email contact


By default, emails sent from the Datacapt platform use the noreply@datacapt.com address. However, subjects may occasionally reply to these emails when seeking support. To handle such replies, Datacapt offers an option to set up a custom Reply-To Email for your company.

When configured, replies from subjects will be directed to your designated email address.

Steps to Configure the Reply-To Email

  1. Navigate to Platform Settings.

  2. Open the "Customization" page.

  3. Click Edit.

  4. Enter your company’s Reply-To Email Address.

  5. Click Save.
