How It Works
Meet Your OSM
As soon as you sign up, youâll be paired with your own OSM - your main point of contact during onboarding. You can find their contact information on this page under âYour Onboarding & Success Teamâ.Kickoff Call
Your first Onboarding Call is all about getting to know your business and setting up your account together. Weâll walk you through the software step-by-step so you feel confident right away.Follow-Up Sessions
Most customers find one call is plenty, but many take advantage of a second or even third session. These optional follow-ups give you extra time to build out your setup and get answers to your questions.Launch Day Support
Youâll let your OSM know your âgo-liveâ date - the day youâll start using the software with your clients. Your OSM will check in regularly as launch day approaches to make sure youâre ready.Post-Launch Support
Your OSM will check in with you throughout your first week live to ensure things are running smoothly. Theyâll also be available if you need help or have questions at any point during this time.Graduation to Ongoing Support
After onboarding, youâll âgraduateâ into our general Support Team, who will be there for you whenever you need help.
