📝 Overview

Starting something new should feel exciting, not overwhelming. That’s why we built a simple onboarding program to guide you from day one to your first successful week live. You’ll have a dedicated Onboarding & Success Manager (OSM) with you every step of the way.


How It Works

  1. Meet Your OSM
    As soon as you sign up, you’ll be paired with your own OSM - your main point of contact during onboarding. You can find their contact information on this page under “Your Onboarding & Success Team”.

  2. Kickoff Call
    Your first Onboarding Call is all about getting to know your business and setting up your account together. We’ll walk you through the software step-by-step so you feel confident right away.

  3. Follow-Up Sessions
    Most customers find one call is plenty, but many take advantage of a second or even third session. These optional follow-ups give you extra time to build out your setup and get answers to your questions.

  4. Launch Day Support
    You’ll let your OSM know your “go-live” date - the day you’ll start using the software with your clients. Your OSM will check in regularly as launch day approaches to make sure you’re ready.

  5. Post-Launch Support
    Your OSM will check in with you throughout your first week live to ensure things are running smoothly. They’ll also be available if you need help or have questions at any point during this time.

  6. Graduation to Ongoing Support
    After onboarding, you’ll “graduate” into our general Support Team, who will be there for you whenever you need help.
