Learn how to access, customize, and export the Email Delivery Report to track appointment email notification delivery history by customer, location, and notification type.

📝 Overview

The Email Delivery Report is used to view and analyze the delivery of email notifications related to Appointments. Users can access up to six months of email notification history and retrieve records for individual customers when needed.

⚠️ Please note: The Email Delivery Report is available to the following user roles:

  • Headquarters Administrators

  • Location Administrators

  • Call Center Users (only if enabled in Settings)

  1. Click the Reports tab.

  2. Select Email Delivery Reports.

🔍 Report Details

The Email Delivery Report can be customized to include a wide range of details related to email notification records for customers.

This report allows users to review notification history based on specific criteria, including date range, customer, location, and notification type.

  1. In the Filter section, select the criteria that will define which email delivery records are included in the report.

  2. To view information for a single customer, enter the customer’s email address in the Recipient email address field.

  3. Select the Location you want to report on.

  4. Choose the Email Notification type to view records specific to that message.

HTML

The HTML view opens the report in a new browser tab.

Excel

The Excel view downloads an XLS file containing the same raw data as the HTML report, excluding View and Print options.
