π Overview
The SMS Report provides administrative users with detailed visibility into SMS Appointment Reminders sent to Customers when the SMS Appointment Reminders plugin is enabled on an account. This report allows users to review both sent and scheduled SMS reminders, along with appointment-related details.

π SMS Report Uses
Use the SMS Report to understand how SMS Appointment Notifications are sent, scheduled, and delivered across locations, customers, and appointments.
π οΈ Accessing the SMS Report
Follow the steps below to access the SMS Report.
π Filtering SMS Report
Use filtering options to narrow SMS report results by location, reminder status, date range, customer, and appointment link preferences.
β οΈ Please note:
This report will only provide information for the last 6 months.
Start date must be within 90 days of the end date.

Choose a Location.
Select the Status of SMS.
Select the SMS Notification Type.
Set the Scheduled Send Date. Select a single date, or a date range of up to 90 days.
You may run this Report for a specific Customer.
You may run this Report for a specific phone number.
You may select whether to include a link to the Appointment in the report.
Click Run Report. Report will then open in a separate window.

Review detailed information for each SMS Notification, including appointment data, delivery status, timestamps, and SMS credit usage.

The phone number used to send SMS reminders to Customers.
Message details for each scheduled or sent reminder.
Appointment or Confirmation Number.
