📝 Overview
The Executive Report gives you a clear, regular summary of how your marketing is performing. It's generated automatically, delivered to your email on a schedule, and pulls together data from the Marketing Suite features you're using, so you don't have to gather numbers from multiple places yourself.
This guide explains when you'll receive the report, what's in it, and how to navigate it.
🗓️ When You'll Receive Your Report
Reports arrive by email automatically, with no login required to open them from the email link.
Monthly report: Usually sent between the 1st and 3rd of each month.
Weekly report: Sent on Mondays.
💡 Because the report pulls together a lot of data, your monthly report can take 2 to 3 days to arrive at the start of the month. That delay is normal and ensures the numbers are complete and accurate.
📊 What's in the Report
Your Executive Report summarises performance data from the active features in your account, with week-over-week and month-over-month comparisons so you can spot trends, plus longer-term views of progress over time. Depending on what you have set up, this can include activity such as leads captured, conversations handled, and campaign engagement.
If nothing changed for a feature since your last report, that section may not appear in the current report. Only sections with updated data are included.
🔴 Reviewer note: The exact report sections visible to providers depend on which features are enabled in our configuration. Verify the section list in a live provisioned account before publishing, and add screenshots from that account rather than generic ones.
🔍 Viewing and Navigating the Report
As well as the email, you can view your report (and your archive of past reports) inside Marketing Suite at any time.
Go to the Executive Report tab in the sidebar.
Use the date selector in the top-right corner to choose a weekly view, a monthly view, or a custom date range.
Jump between sections using the category icons at the top of the report or the dropdown navigation menu.
Reports are archived automatically, so you can revisit any previous period whenever you need to.
