Contact Stripe Support
Login to the Stripe dashboard at https://dashboard.stripe.com/
Click on the Help button in the top right corner
Click on Support Articles. This will take you to the Stripe support page. You can then reach the Contact Support link to get more support.
You may be able to find a support article that helps answer your question
If not, then you should continue and click on Contact Support
A popup window will appear in the lower right corner. You can select a topic, then there are 3 different ways to get support, Chat, Call, or Email.
Chat is instant once a support agent is available
Have Us Call You means you will provide a phone number, type a question, then press call me. Stripe support will contact you back when the next support agent is available
Send Us an Email will open a form to fill out to provide more information about your question, then press Send email.
