Ordering a Credit Card Reader for Stripe

Learn how to order a new credit card reader & replacement cables.

How to Order a New Credit Card Reader

  1. Click on Buy Reader.

    1. Note: Make sure you are logged into Stripe as an admin.

  2. Choose the correct device

    1. BBPOS WisePOS E or Stripe Reader S700

      1. Requirements

        1. You are a subscriber to DaySmart Salon, Pet, Spa, or Body Art and use the mobile app in conjunction with our web application, only use the web application, or only use the mobile app OR

        2. You are a subscriber to DaySmart Vet OR

        3. You are a subscriber to DaySmart Recreation

      2. The BBPOS WisePOS™ E Dock does work with the BBPOS WisePOS™ E and allows an ethernet connection. It will have a power cord with it that is required for it to work.

    2. Stripe Reader M2 or BBPOS WisePad 3

      1. Requirements

        1. You are a subscriber to DaySmart Salon, Pet, Spa, or Body Art and only use the mobile app.

          1. Note: These devices will not work with the DaySmart Salon, Pet, Spa, or Body Art web application, DaySmart Vet, or DaySmart Recreation.

  3. Choose Quantity

  4. Click Add to Cart

  5. Click on Cart

  6. Click on Check Out

  7. Fill out all details, then click Pay

    1. Hardware must be shipped to physical addresses (not PO boxes).

Need a replacement charger or cable?

Head over to Stripe’s Hardware Shop using this link.

  1. Browse the shop to find your terminal model (e.g., Stripe S700, BBPOS WisePOS E, or Stripe Reader M2).

  2. Locate the replacement cable or accessory you need.

  3. Click on the item, then hit Add to Cart.

  4. When you’re ready, click the Cart icon in the top-right corner and follow the checkout process.

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive shipping updates directly from Stripe.
