πŸ“ Overview

Child support garnishments are court orders requiring you, as the employer, to withhold a portion of an employee's wages to fulfill their child support obligations.

Once set up, the system calculates the deduction automatically and records it on the employee's pay stub alongside other deductions such as taxes and insurance premiums.

⚠️Please Note: Even though the system calculates child support deductions, it is your responsibility as the employer to remit garnishment payments directly to the appropriate state or federal agency.
