Supported Tax Filings

  • Indiana Withholding Tax Voucher (WH-1)

  • Annual Withholding Reconciliation Form (WH-3)

Required for Tax Setup

  1. Withholding Account Number (10 digits followed by a 3-digit location code, e.g., 0123456789 123 or 0123456789 123 1)

  2. Filing Frequency (Weekly, Monthly, or Quarterly)

Third Party Administrator (TPA) Access

DaySmart Payroll needs granted TPA access to pay and file this tax. Follow the instructions below to ensure there are no delays in processing:

  1. Log into your INTIME account at https://intime.dor.in.gov/eServices/_/

  2. Go to the Requires Attention tab to see the open power of attorney request

  3. Select Manage power of attorney access

  4. Approve access to all accounts

    Note: Access will only be requested for your withholding account.

  5. Confirmation that access has been granted will be provided and can be printed or saved as a PDF for your records

  1. Enter your username and password, then click Sign In

  2. On the Dashboard, click the Manage Users tile

  3. Click the Add Agent button under the External Account Authorizations (Agents) heading

  4. Enter the agent's business name and/or ID, then click Search. Agent ID: 124731

  5. In the Search Results, click Next on the agent's line

  6. Assign the applicable authorization level to the agent

    Note: To upload wage reports, you must assign either the Administrator or Wage Records role.

  7. Review the Important Information, select the certification checkbox, and click Next

  8. A confirmation message will display indicating the user has been successfully added
