Third Party Administrator (TPA) Access

DaySmart Payroll needs granted TPA access to pay and file this tax. Follow the instructions below to ensure there are no delays in processing:

  1. Log in to MassTaxConnect at https://mtc.dor.state.ma.us/mtc/_/

  2. Select the Manage My Profile hyperlink in the top right section of the panel

  3. Select the More… tab, then select the View Access Requests from Third Parties hyperlink in the Third-party Access panel

  4. Select the Approve/Deny hyperlink for the request

  5. Select the checkbox in the Give Rights column

  6. Select the access type in the Granted Rights column

Third Party Administrator (TPA) Access

DaySmart Payroll needs granted TPA access to pay and file this tax. Follow the instructions below to ensure there are no delays in processing:

  1. Log into your tax account at https://unemployment.mass.gov/Employers/_/

  2. Click Log in

  3. Enter your email address and password, then click Log In

  4. Click the Additional Services link

  5. Click the Manage third party administrator access link in the Access management panel

  6. Click the Add third party administrator link

  7. Review the list of items you'll need, then click Next

  8. Enter 203245 in the Agent ID field, then click Next

  9. In the grid that displays, select the checkbox for File wage reports and make payments

  10. Respond to the prompt asking whether you want to grant the TPA access to perform benefit charges protest or wage and separation mailing; if you select Yes, choose the applicable access types

  11. Click Next

  12. Click Submit
