ā
š Review, Classify, and Create Workers
Once the file uploads, Payroll shows you the workers included in it.
š” If a worker already exists in Payroll, matched by email address, the system automatically detects and skips that worker to prevent duplicate records.
For each new worker, review their details and assign the appropriate classification, either W-2 or 1099. Select the workers you want to create, then confirm your selections to create them in Payroll.
ā
š± Worker Onboarding
Once you create the selected workers, Payroll automatically sends each of them a self-onboarding link so they can complete their profile and provide the information needed to get paid. You'll see a confirmation screen once the process is complete.
