If you are unable to open multiple charts, this is expected behavior when using a single Rithmic session.
Why Multiple Charts Are Restricted
Each chart in Onyx requires its own Rithmic session to receive market data.
With only one Rithmic login, you can:
Open one chart
Open one chart window
You cannot open multiple charts at the same time with a single session.
How to Use Multiple Charts
To open multiple charts simultaneously, you must purchase an additional Rithmic login session.
Once you have a second Rithmic session:
You can open multiple chart windows
Each chart will be tied to a separate Rithmic session
All charts will receive live data correctly
Important Rithmic Billing Disclaimer
Additional Rithmic sessions are billed on a calendar-month basis:
Billing starts on the first day of the month
Billing ends on the last day of the month
This applies regardless of when the session is purchased
Purchasing a second session late in the month still counts as a full month.
