What Is Trade Copier?
Trade Copier is a free, professional-grade order replication tool for NinjaTrader 8. Place a trade on one account and it instantly copies to as many accounts as you want.
Note: NinjaTrader is not officially supported. Some traders connect it through Rithmic, but we can’t help with setup or connection issues.
It supports market orders, limit orders, stop orders, modifications, cancellations, and OCO brackets — all replicated automatically with sub-millisecond latency. No cloud servers. No external relay. No added delay.

Installation Guide
Step 1: Download and Install
Close NinjaTrader completely — make sure it is not running in the system tray.
Download the installer: TradeCopierSetup.exe
Right-click the installer and select Run as Administrator.
Step 2: Log In to NinjaTrader
Open NinjaTrader 8 and log in with your NinjaTrader account credentials.
Step 3: Open the Tools Menu
Click Tools in the top menu bar of the NinjaTrader Control Center.
Step 4: Open Settings
From the Tools dropdown, click Settings at the bottom of the list.
Step 5: Enable Multi-Provider
In the Settings window:
Select General on the left
Find Multi-provider in the Preferences section
Check the box
Click OK to save
⚠️ This step is required. Trade Copier will not work without Multi-provider enabled.
Step 6: Open Connections
Click Connections in the top menu bar, then click configure at the bottom of the dropdown.
Step 7: Add Your Broker Connection
In the Connections window:
Find your broker in the Available list on the left (e.g. Rithmic for NinjaTrader Brokerage)
Enter your Username and Password on the right
If using Rithmic, set the System dropdown to your provider (e.g. DayTraders.com)
Click Apply to save
Repeat this for each account you want to connect.
Step 8: Connect Your Accounts
Go back to Connections in the top menu and click your connection name to connect. A green circle next to the connection name confirms it is live.
Repeat for all accounts you want to use.
Step 9: Launch Trade Copier
Click New in the top menu bar and select Trade Copier at the bottom of the list.
If Trade Copier does not appear in the New menu, see the Troubleshooting section below.
Step 10: Configure Trade Copier
The Trade Copier window opens. Use the right sidebar to:
Select your Instrument (e.g. MNQ JUN26)
Select your Leader account (the account you will trade on)
Select your Method (how orders are replicated to followers)
Step 11: Enable Followers and Go Live
Click each follower account card to toggle it ON (green). The status indicator in the top-right corner will show ONLINE when Trade Copier is active.
Any trade placed on the leader account will now copy instantly to all enabled followers.

Replication Methods
Exact Quantity — Copies the exact same quantity to every follower.
Equal Split — Divides leader quantity evenly across active followers.
Ratio — Multiplies by a per-follower ratio. Each follower can have a different ratio.
Cash Weighted — Distributes by available cash. Bigger accounts get more contracts.
NetLiq Weighted — Uses net liquidation instead of cash. Better with open positions.
Cross-Order Trading
Trade a mini contract on the leader and copy it as a micro to followers. Enable per-follower using the CROSS toggle.

Troubleshooting
Trade Copier is not in the New menu: Check that TradeCopier.dll is in Documents > NinjaTrader 8 > bin > Custom. Restart NinjaTrader after confirming.
No follower accounts are showing Make sure all accounts are connected first. Select a leader account — the leader is automatically excluded from the follower list.
Orders are not copying Check that the follower card is toggled ON (green). Verify the instrument matches on both accounts. Check the LOG tab for errors.
Multi-provider error Go to Tools > Settings > General and make sure the Multi-provider checkbox is checked.
