Evaluations, Pro Accounts, S2F and S2L evaluations all use the same platforms, connected through Rithmic.
Simulated accounts
Onyx (recommended): license included; works in a browser, as a Mac desktop app and on mobile.
Quantower: license included; sign in to the DayTraders.com server with your Rithmic credentials.
rTrader Pro: Rithmic's order and position tool, and the record of your trade history.
Other Rithmic platforms: ATAS, Sierra Chart, MotiveWave, Bookmap, Jigsaw, VolFix, Finamark and WealthCharts. Some need their own license or subscription from the provider.
ArcTrader: coming soon.
To connect, sign your Rithmic agreements with the credentials on your Dashboard, choose Non-Professional, and select the DayTraders.com system (not Rithmic Paper Trading).
Live accounts
Onyx is offered and the free version of Quantower is available. Other platforms need a paid license.
NinjaTrader is not officially supported. Some traders connect it through Rithmic, but we can't help with setup or connection issues.
Mac users
Onyx works on Mac. Rithmic isn't fully compatible with macOS; to use rTrader Pro or other Windows platforms, run Windows with Parallels or VirtualBox, or use the Rithmic Trader web app. These options aren't officially supported.
DayTraders offers limited support for third-party platforms. For platform issues, contact the platform's support.
