How to Add Goals to Your Statistics in DDS Dashboard

Step 1: Access DDS Dashboard

  • This video will guide you on adding goals to your statistics.

Step 2: Select the Statistic

  • Identify the statistic you want to set a goal for.

  • Click on the selected statistic.

Step 3: Navigate to Goals

  • At the top of the graph, click on the 'Goals' option.

  • The graph view will change to show both basic and cumulative views.

Step 4: Enter Your Monthly Goal

  • In the top right corner of the graph, enter your monthly goal.

  • This goal represents the target you want to achieve by the end of the month.

Step 5: Review Your Progress

  • After entering your goal, you will see:

    • Your current total as of today.

    • Whether you are ahead or behind your target, and by how much.

    • Your new daily average needed to stay on track.

Step 6: New Daily Average

  • The daily average will automatically adjust based on your stat entries and remaining working days throughout the month.

To maintain an accurate New Daily Average, make sure your practice schedule is up to date and use the Working Days Calendar to close any additional non-working days, such as holidays, office closures, or other special circumstances that fall outside your normal practice schedule.

The Working Days Calendar is located in Org Settings under Hours & Calendar. Only Admins can make changes to the Working Days Calendar.

For more information on how to use the Working Days Calendar:

Step 7: Exit Goal View

  • To return to the standard view, click on 'Daily' in the top left corner of the graph.

Step 8: Save and Revisit Your Goal

  • Your goal will be saved automatically.

  • You can revisit your goal anytime by clicking on 'Goals' again.
