How to Fill Data and Import it Successfully?

Please do not rename or add new columns or remove any of the existing columns. Check the information below to understand which data should be put in each column fully. Otherwise, you might get an error and cannot import CSV files successfully.

1. Title

The name of the product or variant can be used here.

2. Body

The text of the review with a maximum of 2000 characters in length.

3. Status

You can add 'Published', 'Spam', or 'Inactive'.

4. Rating

It is the reviewer's rating. Please use numbers only as the only valid values are 1/2/3/4/5 only. If you input an invalid value, that row will be skipped.

5. Source

It is where the review came from.

6. Reviewer Name

The name will appear on the review exactly as inserted in the file

7. Reviewer Email

Fill in your reviewer's email here. You can leave this column empty if you don’t have the reviewer’s email address.

8. Product ID

This is the last part (number) of your product URL from the Shopify admin.

NOTE: Please ensure the Product ID is in the correct number format.

TIP: You can right-click on the Product ID row --> Choose Format Cells --> Number without decimals

9. Product Handle

This is the last part of the product URL (This data is used when you used the template from the other apps)

EXAMPLE: https://ali-reviews-demo.myshopify.com/products/luxury-men-watch

--> luxury-men-watch is a Product handle

10. Media URL

This is the media file's public picture or video URL. A comma should be used to separate each of the up to five photos or videos that can be included in a review (,).

Right-click on the picture to acquire the media URL, then select Copy Address to put it into the CSV file.

11. IP Address

12. Location

13. Published Date

The right format for the published review date is mm/dd/yyyy or mm/dd/yy

If the published date column is left empty or filled with incorrect format, that row will be skipped, and you will not see that review.
