How to Cash Out in Venezuela

You can easily convert your USDC balance into USD through Zelle or convert to Venezuelan Bolívares (VES) directly to your bank account.

Follow the next steps:

  1. Log in to your DecafPay account.

  2. Check your balance before starting your withdrawal.

    Remember that you have different options to fund your account: Add money via Card, Bank Transfer, or USDC.

  3. Tap Send Money.

  4. To withdraw funds to a bank account or Zelle, select Bank Account as the method.

  5. Select Country:

    Choose Venezuela from the list

  6. Complete Airtm Verification

    Before your first cash out, Airtm requires you to complete a few verification steps:

  7. Add your receiving Account

    You can add either:

    • A Zelle account to receive USD

    • A Venezuelan bank account to receive VES

    💡Follow the on-screen instructions to enter your account details.

  8. Enter the amount

    You will see a quote showing:

    • The amount of USDC being exchanged

    • The amount you will receive in VES or USD

    Review the quote and click Accept to continue.

  9. Receive your funds ✅

Transaction limits

Per-transaction limits

The following limits apply to each cash out transaction:

  • Venezuelan Bank Account (VES): Up to $2,000 USD per transaction.

  • Pago Móvil: Up to $1,000 USD per transaction.

  • Zelle (USD): Up to $1,000 USD per transaction.

Your DecafPay account also has daily and monthly cash out limits based on how long your account has been active:
