If your recipient needs to receive cash, you can set up a MoneyGram off-ramp flow using your own Decaf account.
You can create multiple wallets under your main account. Each wallet has its own address and its own MoneyGram withdrawal flow. This allows you to create a separate internal wallet for each person you want to send cash to and configure the MoneyGram withdrawal with their personal details.
Step-by-Step Guide
1️⃣ Create a New Wallet
Go to Profile > Wallets
Tap Add New Wallet
Name the wallet (for example, with your recipient’s name)
💡You can create a new internal wallet anytime you need to set up a new MoneyGram flow.
2️⃣ Get the New Wallet Address
Select the new wallet
Go back to the Home screen
Copy the wallet address

3️⃣ Transfer Funds to the New Wallet
Switch back to your Default Wallet (Profile > Wallets > Default)
Go to Home > Send
Select USD to send
Paste the address of the new wallet
Enter the amount and confirm the transfer

4️⃣ Confirm Funds in the New Wallet
Switch back to the newly created wallet and verify that the funds have arrived.
5️⃣ Start the MoneyGram Withdrawal
From the new wallet, initiate a MoneyGram withdrawal
Complete the off-ramp process using your recipient’s personal details

6️⃣ Share the Reference Number
Once the transaction is completed, provide the MoneyGram reference number to your recipient.
They can use this number to collect the cash at the nearest MoneyGram location.
