โš ๏ธ Georgia and Louisiana - County Requirement

A few states require that a UCC-1 filing be made at the County level. As soon as any of these states is selected, the Jurisdiction Name field will turn red, indicating that the county is required and a list of the counties will automatically appear. Ensure you pick the correct county prior to proceeding with a filing.

More Information on County Requirements:

โš ๏ธ Florida - Tax Stamp

Florida requires that you indicate whether a tax stamp is applicable. Select N/A or Paid. What does this mean?

Scroll through and ensure the debtor information looks correct. Add an additional debtor under Alternate Debtor information. Scroll to the bottom and ensure your collateral language pops up automatically. This language will have been added for you when we created your account and you will have provided it to your account manager. If not, contact support.

Step 4: Click Save Draft if you wish to preview it or Click Submit to send immediately. If you save draft, click on the document icon to preview it and then submit.

Preview the Saved Draft. When ready, click the Edit button on the menu and the Submit.

๐Ÿ“ฎ CSC Note: Once you submit, when your account is first set up you must login to your CSC account to preview the filing and submit it from there for security reasons. Once you've done a few of these, we can turn the security setting off and you can file directly in one click from Decipher. Once CSC submits, you will see the filing directly from Decipher. All alerts via your CSC Global account will continue to be received via CSC as usual.

๐Ÿ“ฎ First Corporate Solutions Note: Once you submit, you will see the filing come through on the first corporate online site in your account. You can also review it there while it is being prepared.

Step 5: To view the filing, click on the ID number or the document icon.
