Overview
Delphi Studio gives you a single dashboard to build, monitor, and grow your digital mind.
Four main sections sit in the left sidebar: Home, Identity, Interactions, and Advanced. Each section focuses on one stage of the mentorship journey—understanding your audience, shaping your mind’s personality, managing conversations, and scaling reach through integrations.
A profile menu at the top of the sidebar lets you open Settings, Switch Minds, or Contact Support. At the bottom you’ll find quick-action buttons to Preview Delphi or Share/Publish.

When your mind is still in draft, Home greets you with a guided setup instead of charts and metrics. Use this page to finish the last mile of onboarding.

Publish Your Delphi | Click each task to be taken to the right section. Once complete, the top right corner of that card turns to a green checkmark—and then you can publish in one click! | |
First Insight | A single AI-generated observation about your background or expertise, drawn from LinkedIn and uploaded docs. | |

After you click Publish, this Welcome layout disappears and Home transforms into the full Insights Dashboard covered below.

Follow these micro-steps to configure every preference, payment detail, and collaborator within Settings.
To open settings,
Click your profile picture at the top right of the sidebar.
Select Settings
You’ll see three sections—Preferences, Billing, Access—each opens a detailed subpage.

Tap Notifications under Preferences.
Check your destination email — the banner at the top shows which address will get these alerts,
Toggle each alert:
Unanswered Questions – Get an email every time your mind can’t respond to a question.
Activity Summary – Choose Daily, Weekly, or Never.
New User Interaction – Ping when someone new chats.
Billing: Plan
Billing: Plan
Click Plan.
Review your current tier (Builder, Scaler, Unlimited).
Hit Manage to:
Upgrade / downgrade tiers.
Add Pro Voice or Phone Number (included on Scaler and Unlimited).
Switch between Monthly and Yearly billing.
Scroll to Usage to see training-word totals (5M Builder, 12M Scaler, or Unlimited).
Under Payment Method, press Update to swap cards.
Tap any invoice to download a PDF.

Select Earnings.
View: Total Revenue and Delphi Fee (15% for Builder and Scaler, negotiable for Unlimited).
Click View Stripe Dashboard to open your Stripe Express account. Inside Stripe you can:
Track On the way payouts.
See Upcoming dates.
Edit Account Details.
Access: Team
Access: Team
Choose Team.
Press Add.
Enter an email, then hit the plus (+) icon.
Repeat for more addresses, then Send Invites.
Builder: 1 seat.
Scaler: 3 seats.
Unlimited: unlimited seats.
Click the dropdown to Remove User for any collaborator.
Access: Transfer Ownership

Click Transfer Ownership.
Press Transfer Ownership again.
Check your email, copy the six-digit code, and paste it.
Enter the new owner’s email, then Transfer.
Look for the green checkmark in the bottom right corner.
You now control notifications, money, collaborators, and ownership—everything needed to keep your digital mind responsive, funded, and secure.

Your profile image sits at the top of the left-hand sidebar—a small circle showing either your photo or first initial. Click it anytime to open a one-tap tools menu.

The Identity section controls everything users see and hear when they meet your Delphi.
Profile sets the headline, bio, handle, and photo so visitors know who’s speaking.
Mind houses every document, link, or note that feeds your mind’s knowledge base.
Voice lets you record or upload audio (or Pro Voice) so replies sound authentically yours.
Video adds a friendly intro clip that greets first-time visitors.
Together, these tools create a consistent, human tone that builds trust and keeps guidance on-brand.

Interactions — See Your Audience
The Interactions section shows you who’s talking to your Delphi and how those conversations unfold.
Audience is your live user table—filter, tag, or export every person who has ever chatted. Use tags to segment by interest or plan and trigger tailored outreach later.
Conversations gives you a transcript viewer with search, sentiment highlights, and jump-to-citation links, so you can audit answers, spot confusion, or celebrate wins without leaving Studio.
Access Groups let you bundle permissions (message limits, premium features, or time-boxed trials) and apply them to any audience segment in one click—perfect for gating VIP perks or running cohorts.
Taken together, Interactions turns raw chats into structured data, making it easy to understand engagement patterns and deliver the right level of access for every user.

The Advanced section adds growth levers on top of your core mind.
Integrations spread your Delphi access across web, voice, and chat platforms.
Broadcasts send personalized email or SMS campaigns, then track opens, clicks, and replies in Home.
Actions create rule-based workflows—think “if purchased membership, send thank you in chat.”
Products define merchandise or services your Delphi can recommend with quick-buy buttons.
Use Advanced features to automate outreach, monetize expertise, and multiply impact while staying hands-off.
Bottom Bar — Preview & Share

A fixed bar anchors the bottom of the sidebar and gives you instant control over how— and whether— the world sees your Delphi.

Keeping the Unanswered Questions widget at zero is the fastest way to boost mind quality and user trust.
Check the widget each morning — it floats any question your mind skipped or flagged as low-confidence.
Answer in context — type a direct reply in the widget; Studio automatically adds it to training so future chats improve.
Look for patterns — if similar gaps pop up, bulk-add a source or tweak your voice guidance instead of one-off fixes.
Celebrate wins — watch the Mind Quality bar climb after you clear the queue; higher scores correlate with repeat visitors.
A quick five-minute triage routine keeps answers fresh and shows users you’re listening.

Why can't I preview my Delphi?
Why can't I preview my Delphi?
You probably can't preview your Delphi because you haven't verified your identity. Click "Verify to preview," then follow on-screen ID steps. Refresh once approved. At that point, the bottom left corner will says "Preview Delphi."

Invite tab → type emails, press +, then Send Invites for private beta access.
Drop the link in newsletters, social posts, or embed it on your site—anyone with the URL can start chatting instantly.
