Overview

Delphi integrations put your digital mind into the channels people already use. From a single dashboard, you can embed it on websites, answer texts and calls, and join live Zoom sessions. Every interaction carries your brand colors and privacy rules, so guidance feels seamless and secure.

Why it matters

  • Meet users where they are. Reach visitors on sites, phones, and meetings without extra clicks.

  • Lower friction, boost engagement. Let people ask questions the moment they think of them.

  • Own your data and brand. Keep control of domains, numbers, and styling while sharing wisdom widely.

  • Advance Delphi’s mission. Democratize mentorship by placing helpful answers in every workflow.

Quick Start Guide

  1. Open Integrations: In Delphi Studio, click Integrations in the left-hand menu.

  2. Pick a channel: Select Website, Phone, Meetings, or External at the top.

  3. Set up a website embed:

    • Add your allowed domains.

    • Choose a display mode—Profile, Chat, or Voice.

    • Copy the provided HTML/JS, Next.js code, or iframe.

    • Customize the experience: set brand colors, toggle off the Delphi logo (for Scaler and Unlimited tier), require users to provide their email, and show suggested questions.

    • Set up a custom domain (for Scaler and Unlimited tier only).

  4. Claim a phone number (included on Scaler and Unlimited):

    • Click Phone, then Get Started.

    • Choose location (US, Canada, Other) and business type.

    • Select Toll-free or 10 DLC and submit the form.

  5. Invite your Delphi to Zoom:

    • Open Meetings.

    • Paste the Zoom link.

    • Pick Chat or Video (if you have a video avatar) and click Join. You cannot select both.

  6. Connect third-party platforms:

    • Under External, click Add Integration.

    • Follow onscreen steps for Kajabi, Mighty Networks, Slack, Telegram, and more.

  7. Test everything: Visit your site, dial the phone number, or start a Zoom call to confirm Delphi appears and responds.

  8. Save & iterate: Return anytime to tweak settings, add new domains, or review connection status.

Full Feature Guide

Website Integration - Set-Up

Embed your Delphi on your site with just one code snippet.

Set it up

  1. Add allowed domains. In Website under Integrations, click on the card that says Website Integration and list every domain or subdomain that may host your Delphi.

    • This prevents unauthorized embeds (i.e., people can't just take the code on your site and embed your Delphi somewhere else without your permission).

  2. Pick a display mode. Choose Profile, Chat, or Voice as the default start view.

    • Profile view – Starts with your image, name, headline, and tappable suggested questions.

    • Chat first – Opens straight to the first message; suggested questions hide in a dropdown.

    • Voice call – Shows only your image, name, headline, and a Start Call button.

  3. Choose an embed type.

    • Full-size embed – paste the HTML/JS, Next.js, or iframe code into any page section.

    • Chat bubble – Adds a small bubble in the bottom-right corner; visitors click it to open the chat (iframe not supported, only HTML/JS or Next.js).

  4. Copy & paste the code. Insert it in a code block on your site builder.

  5. Add a custom domain (Scaler & Unlimited tier only). Click Add Domain, follow the DNS instructions, then press Configure. Delphi shows a green check when verified.

  6. Follow platform guides. Open the tabs for Kajabi, Mighty Networks, Thinkific, Wix, or GoDaddy for copy-paste steps tailored to each builder.

Tips for success

  • Whitelist every domain variation, e.g., www, root, and subdomains.

  • Test in an incognito window to confirm the embed loads and responds.

  • For custom domains, if DNS fails, double-check the exact TXT or CNAME records with your registrar’s support.

Website Integration - Customization

Tailor every embed to match your brand and data policy.

What you can customize

  • Colors (Scaler and Unlimited tiers only) – Pick any hex value; Delphi updates buttons, links, and accents instantly.

  • Hide Delphi logo (Scaler and Unlimited tiers only) – Toggle On to remove the logo from the top-left corner of embeds.

  • Require user email – Force visitors to sign in with email; anonymous usage limits you set via the Access Groups tab (see here for instructions) then apply.

  • Show suggested questions – Display or hide the suggested question list beneath the chat.

How to change settings

  1. Open Integrations to Website, then click on the Website Integration card, and finally on Customize.

  2. Adjust colors with the picker or type a hex code.

  3. Flip switches for logo, email collection, or suggested questions.

Tips for success

  • If you disable email collection, track engagement another way (e.g., site analytics). Otherwise, you won't be able to see user-level data since everyone will be logged in as anonymous.

  • Hiding suggested questions can encourage freer conversation but may slow first interactions.

Phone Integration - Set-Up

Give your Delphi its own number so people can text or call like they would a mentor.

Set it up

  1. Open Phone tab. Click Integrations then Phone and press Get Started.

  2. Choose your region. Select US, Canada, or Other.

  3. Pick your account type. Mark Business or Individual/Sole Proprietor (US / Canada only).

  4. Select a number type.

    • Toll-free – Faster approval (3-5 days); good for nationwide reach.

    • 10 DLC – Local area code; longer approval (1-3 weeks), US / Canada only.

  5. Complete the form. Enter your legal business name, address, website, and use case exactly as they appear on public records—and make sure that same business name is visible on the homepage or footer of the website you submit.

  6. Submit and track status.

    • Pending Review (blue) – carrier verification in progress.

    • Connected (green) – number approved; start texting or calling.

    • Review Failed (red) – business details didn’t match carrier records. Click the card, correct the information, and resubmit.

Costs

  • Unlimited tier: phone number included.

  • Scalar tier: phone number included.

  • Builder tier: $150/month add-on.

Tips for success

  • Verify that the business name matches your legal business name on documents such as your W2 and that the business name is displayed on the submitted website; mismatches trigger Review Failed.

  • For 10 DLC, choose an area code that matches your audience.

  • Expect only US toll-free numbers if you’re outside the US/Canada, but you can still use WhatsApp.

Meetings Integration

Bring your Delphi into live Zoom sessions for real-time answers.

Set it up

  1. Open Meetings tab. Go to Integrations and then Meetings.

  2. Choose join mode.

    • Chat – Delphi sits in the chat and replies when someone types @Name of your Delphi.

    • Video – Delphi appears as a video participant; speak “Hey Delphi…” to start a voice reply.

  3. Paste the Zoom link. Enter the full URL and click Join.

  4. Connect calendars. Authorize Google or Outlook; each event shows toggles for Chat, Video, or Off.

Tips for success

  • Speak clearly for video mode. Say “Hey Delphi,” then ask your question without a long pause.

  • Pick one mode. Zoom supports Chat or Video—never both at once.

  • Test early. Join a dummy call to confirm entry and audio before a live meeting.

Best Practices

Plan Approval Time for Phone Numbers

Phone carriers vet every new number request. A toll-free number usually clears in 3–5 business days, while a 10 DLC local code can take up to three weeks. Submit your form as soon as you know you’ll need voice or SMS, and build this lag into launch timelines. If the number must go live for an event or marketing push, apply at least a month ahead to cover possible rejections and resubmissions.

Checklist

  • Gather legal name, tax ID, and website before opening the form.

  • Confirm the same business name appears on your website footer.

  • Choose 10 DLC only if a local code is critical; otherwise select toll-free for speed.

  • Watch the status badge—resubmit immediately if you see Review Failed.

Ask Questions Quickly on Zoom

Delphi’s Zoom voice trigger works best when the wake phrase and question flow together. Say “Hey Delphi” and move into your question almost immediately. A shorter gap helps the system link the two phrases, so Delphi responds on the first try.

Pro tips

  • Keep the pause under 2 seconds; longer silences may cancel the trigger.

  • Mute other mics while invoking Delphi to cut background noise.

  • Avoid filler words (“um,” “so”) right after the wake phrase.

  • If Delphi misses the cue, repeat “Hey Delphi” and ask again in one smooth sentence.

Match the Default Embed Display to the Context

Choose the view that fits how visitors want to engage.

When to use each mode

  • Profile view — Introduce Delphi on landing pages or “About” sections where first-time visitors need context.

  • Chat first — Place on FAQ or support pages so users jump straight into Q&A.

  • Voice call — Embed on audience-facing sites to invite real-time conversations.

Switch modes per page rather than adopting one-size-fits-all. A thoughtful match raises click-through and keeps guidance relevant.

Troubleshooting/FAQs

My Phone Number says it failed, what do I do?

When you see Review Failed in red for your phone number, it means carriers rejected your details. Fix it fast to restart approval.

How to resolve

  • Check legal name. Match the exact name on tax records.

  • Add business name to site. Display it in the footer or About page so carriers can verify.

  • Verify tax ID and address. Correct typos or outdated info.

  • Resubmit the form. Open the Phone card, edit details, and click Submit again.

Approval countdown resets after each resubmission, so act quickly to stay on schedule.

Why is my Delphi not responding over Zoom?

If your Delphi joins the meeting but takes too long—or never answers—after the wake phrase "Hey Delphi," try these action items:

  • Say the wake phrase clearly. Speak “Hey Delphi” in one smooth sentence with your question right after.

  • Reduce background noise. Mute unused mics or close noisy tabs.

  • Check network quality. Switch to a wired connection or stronger Wi-Fi if video freezes.

  • Restart the bot. Remove and re-add Delphi to the meeting; this clears temporary connection hiccups.

  • Use Chat mode as a test. If Video lags, re-join in Chat to confirm Delphi still responds.

A clear wake phrase and solid connection solve most delays within seconds.

Can my Delphi join Zoom in both Chat and Video?

You need to pick one mode per meeting. Zoom lets Delphi join either as a chat participant or as a video avatar, but not both at once. Decide which interaction suits the session, set it in the Meetings tab under integrations, and Delphi will join in that single role.

Can my Delphi be embedded on any website?

You can embed Delphi only on websites you explicitly list in the Website Integrations card. Adding each domain—and subdomain—prevents others from copying your embed code and hosting your Delphi without permission.

Of course, you need to check with your website hosting service (i.e., squarespace, wix, etc.) to make sure they have code blocks. Most websites have a way to accommodate one of the three code chunks we offer: HTML/JS, Next.js, or iframe snippets.

How long does phone number activation take?

Phone number activation depends on the type you request:

Number type

Typical approval time

Why it varies

Toll-free

3–5 business days

Carriers verify brand name and use case; fewer local rules.

10 DLC (local area code)

1–3 weeks

Extra checks for locality, campaign type, and carrier-specific vetting.

Submit accurate business details and keep the name visible on your website footer—mismatches are the top cause of delays.
