The sum of total hard cost, total soft cost and allocated/total site cost.

Total Development Cost represents the sum of all costs associated with the project or aggregated floor areas. The costs include all hard costs, soft costs, site costs.

Formula:

Total Development Cost = Total Hard Cost + Total Soft Cost + Total Site Cost

(Or for certain subgroup of buildings, such as a use type or all buildings in a parcel)

Applied to multiple places in the financial model for example:

All buildings - All Parcels

Per commercial use type - Parcel 1

Per residential use type - All Parcels
