Sale Price per Net Square Meter or Net Square Foot
For use types for sale, Sale Price is a user assumption on post construction sale price per use type (i.e. 1 bedroom condo, 2 bed affordable housing unit, etc) per area (square meter or square foot).
For other use types (rental floors, parking, etc.), Sale Price represents the pricing that can achieve the net profit based on other factors such as rent and cap rate, for selling these use types after construction is completed. It is another form of value.
Assumptions: No time factor is taken into account, the sale price is assumed to be calculated at the time when construction is completed.
